AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
Welcome to IBA Alumni Canada Chapter (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a registered Canadian not-for-profit organization located in Milton, Ontario. We operate the website https://ibaalumnicanada.com, along with any related products and services that refer to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”). Our organization serves as an alumni association for the alumni of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, in Canada. You can reach us via email at info@ibaalumnicanada.com.
By accessing our Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with IBA Alumni Canada Chapter, which governs your use of the Services. If you do not agree with these legal terms, you are prohibited from using the Services, and you must discontinue your use immediately. Please note that supplemental terms and documents posted on the Services are incorporated into these legal terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these legal terms, and it is your responsibility to periodically review them to stay informed of any updates.
USER AGE REQUIREMENT
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

Our Services are not intended for use in any jurisdiction where it would be contrary to local law or regulation. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services, including blocking certain IP addresses, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Legal Terms or any applicable law or regulation. If we terminate or suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account under your name, a fake name, or a third party’s name. We also reserve the right to take legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at our discretion without notice. We are not obliged to update information on the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available and may experience interruptions or errors due to maintenance. You agree that we have no liability for any losses or inconveniences due to your inability to access or use the Services.
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
To resolve disputes, we encourage informal negotiations for at least 90 days before initiating arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Legal Terms will be referred to the International Commercial Arbitration Court. Certain disputes, such as those concerning intellectual property rights, may not be subject to informal negotiations or arbitration.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information on the Services without notice.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign our rights and obligations to others. We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain valid. These Legal Terms do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. You waive defenses based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the lack of signing by the parties.
